How To Use

  1. Remove a plank from vacuum sealed pouch
    (note: If vacuum seal is broken prior to use, do not use)
  2. Sear one side of the plank over high heat on the grill (about two minutes)
  3. Reduce heat, flip, & place food on seared side of plank
  4. For best results, keep grill lid closed as much as possible
    during cooking
  5. Keep a spray bottle of water handy to extinguish flare-ups
  6. Immerse used plank in water before disposing

IMPORTANT:

Store in a cool place (OK to refrigerate)

Do not use plank if pouch vacuum seal has previously been broken

Never leave a hot grill unattended
